Uses

  • Diffuse Lemongrass oil to create a refreshing, inspiring space. 

  • Flavor entrées and meat dishes with Lemongrass essential oil to promote healthy digestion.* 

  • Mix a few drops of Lemongrass oil with a favorite massage blend. 

Directions for Use

Aromatic use: Place three to four drops of Lemongrass essential oil in the diffuser of your choice.

Internal Use: Dilute one drop of Lemongrass oil in four fluid ounces of liquid.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops of Lemongrass essential oil to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
